Terms and Conditions

1. Services Provided

ULEE-Tech offers digital solutions including, but not limited to:

• Design Services: Custom logos, flyers, and posters.
• Web Development: Landing page design and creation.
• Hosting Services: Website and landing page hosting.

2. Client Responsibilities & Assets

Content Submission: You agree to provide all necessary text, images, brand guidelines, and information required to complete the project in a timely manner.

Copyright & Approvals: You guarantee that all materials provided to ULEE-Tech do not infringe on any third-party copyrights. ULEE-Tech is not liable for any legal issues arising from materials supplied by the client.

Final Review: It is the client's responsibility to proofread and review all designs (flyers, posters, logos, and landing page copy) before final approval. ULEE-Tech is not responsible for errors found after final client sign-off.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Design Concepts: All preliminary drafts, sketches, and unused design concepts remain the property of ULEE-Tech.

Final Deliverables: Upon full and final payment, ownership and intellectual property rights of the approved final logo, flyer, poster, or landing page design are transferred to the client.

Portfolio Usage: ULEE-Tech retains the right to display the completed work in our professional portfolio and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is explicitly signed beforehand.

4. Web Hosting Services

Uptime & Performance: While ULEE-Tech strives to provide reliable hosting with maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for temporary downtime caused by technical maintenance, third-party server issues, or factors beyond our control.

Prohibited Content: Clients may not use our hosting services to store, distribute, or link to illegal, malicious, or explicit material. Violation will result in immediate termination of hosting services without a refund.

Termination of Hosting: Hosting plans automatically renew. If you wish to cancel your hosting service, you must notify us at least 30 days prior to the renewal date. Failure to pay hosting fees will result in temporary suspension and eventual deletion of your landing page/website data.

5. Revisions and Scope of Work

Each project quote includes a specific number of revisions (e.g., up to 3 rounds of edits).

Any requests for revisions or features exceeding the original project scope will incur additional fees, which will be communicated and agreed upon before work continues.

6. Payment Terms

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins on any design or landing page project.

Final Balance: The remaining balance must be paid in full before the final high-resolution design files are transferred, or before the landing page goes live on our hosting servers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ULEE-Tech, its employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our designs, landing pages, or hosting services (including but not limited to loss of business profits, data loss, or server downtime).

8. Amendments

ULEE-Tech reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately.
